DOWNLOAD IS A RIP OFF!By Peggy
I purchased the Microsoft Word 2013 download thinking this route was simpler and cost effective. However, the program stopped responding after approximately 45 days after it was downloaded. I contacted Amzn customer service and was told there is no way to refund for a download once the payment was posted. I was advised to contact Microsoft to troubleshoot the problem. Where is the customer service and guarantee of products sold? My advise to anyone considering downloading this product is DON'T DO IT!!!! YOU MIGHT AS WELL OPEN THE WINDOW AND THROW THE $79.99+ OUT!!!

Not such a good deal...By Jan Barnett
Ordered this, thought I would save a little money. Code did not work on my computer, called Amzn, they said no refund, call Microsoft and get a reference number...Really? no bueno
